Launching Weka Tuweke Campaign
for Dar Ceramica loyal customers
Dar Ceramica as a company was established in 1995. Started as a trading house, Dar Ceramica Centre gained experience, expertise and financial strength through out the years and became one of the leading supplier of building materials and sanitary ware to the booming Construction Industry.
The vibrant Tanzanian city of Dar es Salaam is the home to Dar Ceramica Centre, a Company dedicated to offering the finest building solutions at affordable prices. You’ll find quality tiles from all over the world including the best manufactures from Spain & Italy.We have showrooms in a number of cities across the country and aim to satisfy all our customers’ needs.
Dar Ceramica is dealing with interior and exterior tiles(wall and floor),sanitary ware,sanitary fittings and bathroom accessories. It provides the most finest building solutions.
In July 2020 we launched the WekaTuweke CAMPAIGN for our client Dar Ceramica Center. It was the second time launching a campaign for Dar Ceramica Center of such magnitude with Horizon Digital. Weka Tuweke directly translates to – “Put, we put”. The campaign focused on Dar Ceramica’s current or loyal customers. Shoppers would automatically get themselves into a draw where they stood a chance of winning shopping vouchers worth up to 500,000 TZS (Roughly 220 USD).
What we did
We managed to successfully launch the campaign, with hopes of offering something more special to our customers. Dar Ceramica Center has been running for 20 years (Est 2001). It was time to give back to the community that lifted them off the ground to become the leading Sanitary Company in Tanzania.
During the campaign, the winners were allowed to say a few words about Dar Ceramica Center and their relationship with the brand. We managed to get customers that have been shopping at Dar Ceramica Center for 20 years. All Dar Ceramica Center customers pointed out the fact that they’ve never had any problems with the company’s products, and some of the winners who expressed no complaints in the previous years, have been shopping at Dar Ceramica Center for the past 20 years.
Interviewing our customers, created testimonial advertisements that we used by uploading videos onto our social media platforms so that the market can understand the reliability of Dar Ceramic products.
Achieved all the campaign objectives at less than 70% of the approved budget
